Passar Bentega även mindre företag?

Ja. Behovet beror på hur bonus och provision hanteras, inte enbart på antalet anställda. Flera datakällor, manuella justeringar och godkännanden kan göra processen krävande även med få deltagare. För en enkel modell med stabila regler kan ett kontrollerat kalkylblad fortfarande fungera.

Kan Bentega ansluta till andra verktyg?

Ja. Bentega integreras med dina befintliga verktyg och hanterar data för att automatisera din kompensationsprocess.

Data kan också importeras från Excel- och CSV-filer. Vilka uppgifter som behövs beror på era bonus- och provisionsregler. Kontakta oss för att diskutera era datakällor och vilka integrationsmöjligheter som är relevanta.
